1. Choose one thing for your New Years Resolution. Choosing more than one thing only increases the odds of falling short.
2. Make sure you chose something that is realistically attainable. In other words, don’t bite off more than you can chew.
3. Share your New Years Resolution with someone. When you do this, it will create accountability. The more accountable you are, the more likely you will be to stick with it.
4. Write down your resolution and read it regularly. Doing this will help keep you on track.
5. Make your goal specific. By doing this, you can plan for any road blocks or things that will get you off track.
